Grab your closest friends and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Spend the evening laughing, relaxing and most important creating a beautiful Flower Arrangement. At each Blooming Meadows Event each guest gets to design their own Bouquet from Pre-Cut flowers. 

The U-Pick Flower garden will be open to enjoy after the Bouquets are designed.

Questions and Answers 

What is a Event?

Events are place to gather with friends, co-workers, or family to design your own Floral Arrangement. You will be taught basic steps and guidelines with an experienced designer helping you create your own unique floral arrangement. Each workshop will be approximately a 2 hour session. Food and drinks will not be provided. The host can provide these amenities if they want to include refreshments for the event. At the end of each session feel free to spend some time in the U-Pick section of the farm. Anything picked here will be additional cost.

What is in each Bouquet?

Our Bouquets are our Medium-size bouquet. We include at least 20 stems in each Bouquet. We are known to pop a few surprises in here and there. The Bouquets will all have a focal flower, filler flowers and foliage. They will come wrapped up in butcher paper and twine. The stems will be soaked in a wet paper towel.

What do the Events include?

The only thing provided for the Event is fresh picked Flowers. The host selects the color scheme and the theme of the party. A wide range of flowers will be chosen per the provided information. All decorations, food & drinks are to be supplied, served, and cleaned up by the host. Every guest needs to provide their own container or vase. Vases will be available for purchase.

Do I pick my own flowers?

You will not be picking your own flowers from the garden for the Events. The flowers need to be re-hydrated and chilled in a cooler for at least 8 hours after they are cut before they can be used in an arrangement. The person who is hosting the event will get to decide the color & theme of the party. There will be a wide selection of Focal, Filler and Foliage flowers available for everyone to be able to make their own creation. Once the Event is over, you will have time to go explore the U-Pick Farm and pick flowers to take home. All flowers picked in the U-Pick are an additional cost.

How do I take care of the Bouquet?

Please put your flowers in water as soon as possible. When you do this be sure to cut at least 1-2 inches off the bottom. This is required for the flower to drink water. You should add sugar or flower food to the water. Make sure you use a clean vase and change the water daily.

What is your minimal and maximum amount of people per Event?

There is a limit. Each event will be limited to 24 people. We hold the events under our pergola in the garden and in our barn when weather is not ideal. We need to make sure we have enough room and supplies to support each guest. Please make sure you book early to ensure you get a spot. If you cannot make it to one, check our calendar as we will have several throughout the year.

What type of Payment do you accept?

Currently we accept cash and credit cards. All sales are final.
